T20 World Cup 2022: PCB Appointed Matthew Hayden as Pakistan Mentor for T20 WC 

Pakistan reached in the semifinals of the previous T20 World Cup. Matthew Hayden, a former Australian batsman, contributed significantly to the triumph. The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) re-appointed Matthew Hayden to the team as mentor before to the T20 WC 2022 in Australia.

Matthew Hayden is the Pakistan team’s consultant for the 2019 T20 World Cup. Prior to the World Cup, Pakistan included him in the team with hopes of success. The Pakistan Cricket Board has verified Hayden’s consultant status.

Hayden will join the Pakistan team on October 15, according to PCB. Will collaborate with cricketers Pakistan’s cricketers will gain from Hayden’s expertise, and there is optimism that the nation will perform well in the World Cup.

Chairman of the PCB Ramiz Raja is equally enthusiastic about Matthew Hayden reappointment. He stated, “I once again welcome Hayden to the Pakistan team. He is a seasoned performer with extensive international experience. Talented athletes may learn a great deal from him.

Hayden, ecstatic to cooperate with Pakistan, stated, “Excited to rejoin Pakistan again.” I am observing Pakistan’s performance at the Asia Cup. Pakistan team has the ability to do well in Australia. Something positive will occur this time.
